One local snapshot, different foreign times

  • • Foreign heads share a local snapshot, not a global clock. Bombil has no read host.
  • • RPC verifies supplied MPT proofs: direct roots on Arbitrum/Base/Optimism; header-bound on BNB. No HTTP fetch or consensus Subtree.

Destination action has its own completion rules

  • • The gated outbox reaches an event-only gateway. Asset withdrawal uses a separate unlock quorum and relay. Independent chains do not commit atomically.
